Nice Neighborhood

Thanks to Marc's stupidity we have to spend the first morning of our US vacation driving to Chelsea to get a spare key to the apartment. The neighborhood is not the most picturesque but we do see some interesting sites. Marc's comment to some of the sites, "Was there a person attached to those sneakers?"
